1. Avoid Skipping Meals: Avoiding meals is the last thing you want to do when trying to lose weight. Plan for balanced meals that include healthy food choices. Starvation will only make you feel weak and without energy to function properly.
2. Do More House Chores: Make house cleaning chores a regular 3-4 day a week affair. Not only will this keep your body active and burn more calories but the extra streching will also be good for your muscles.
3. Take A Walk: Go for a walk around your neighborhood and if that's too far try walking aroung your house a few times. Try taking a stroll either before or after your dinner meal.
4. Dance: Try putting on your favorite music for 10-15 minutes in the morning or evening. Dancing is a sure way to lose some calories and it can help improve your mood as well.
5. Park Your Car Further Away: Park a little farther out in the parking lot then you normally do. You will be surprised how the extra 50-100 yards will start to ad up on a weekly basis. When you need to run to the corner store try walking or riding a bike.
